Jim Barna Log Systems At Lookout Mountain provides a turnkey service for those customers who want it all without the hassle of managing a construction project. We can provide you with the following services to complete your log home or office dream:

Standard Design Package
This design package is included with every Jim Barna Log System purchase and is included as part of our standard service.

Custom Designer Package
This design package is an optional service and includes a personal designer who will meet with you and customize your home or office from the ground up. This service is popular with those customers wanting a unique style and/or architectural design for commercial buildings and/or an estate home.

Dry-In Package
This service provides you with everything you need to get your log building up and ready to be finished. This includes the outside log walls, the roof framing up to and including felt paper, installation of windows and doors.

Foundation Package
This service provides you with a foundation and/or basement package.

Contractor Package
This service provides you with a general contractor who will manage every aspect of the construction of your log system.

Appliance Package
This service will provide you with all the appliances your new home or office will need Our appliance collection includes a large selection of styles and brands.

Furniture Package
Our furniture consultants can provide you with a large selection of rustic and log style furniture at no additional cost to you.

Interior Design Package
Our interior designers will work with you to decorate your new log home or office to your exacting specifications.

Executive Package
Our Executive Package includes every service we offer wrapped into a single package. This service provides you with everything you will need to move into your new home or office.
